After a very slow March Quarter for 2012, things seem to be picking up, but we are working harder than ever for results.
Current deals include a Sign a Rama franchise, Marine business,Coffee van, Leasehold Hotel, and Convenience store. Motel and hotel enquiries are finally picking up again too.

Bank lending guidelines for small business are very stringent, and results can be quite a way off.

That's why we are working with Mainland Finance in particular, to come up with workable solutions for our clients.

We advertise on Domain Business, Commercial Real Estate, Business 2 Sell, as well as this website so our clients have exposure in 4 on line markets.

Business 2 Sell recorded 2200 "hits"for us since we first started using it in November 2011.
